In this role, was promoted to Managing director to oversee the acquisition of Red Solutions Limited, an AV distributor, and subsequent merger into onemedia a professional services company. I was personally responsible for

Writing, and executing a business plan for the merger & acquisition
Negotiating and liaising with the bank for acquisition funding
Managing legal and accountancy teams to complete the merger
Converging business systems and processes

onemedia, at this time, were a professional services company offering creative services along with training, support and extended warranties for digital signage platforms. Tymedia (See below), merged with onemedia services in Jan 2012, where I brought over my customer base to onemedia.

As creative services director for onemedia I have been responsible, with my creative services and business background, of enhancing the professional services offering of the company.

A high-level executive role to create, run, and maintain the profitable business models to each of the professional services offered by the company. In this time I’ve spent 10 years delivering some of the industry’s best creative and technical AV digital experiences with software and content, such as
